I have designed and art directed the signage for our annual customer conference since 2017. Given its larger budget, the 2017 conference provided me with an opportunity to build upon what had been done in 2016. I suggested developing signage that touted industry insights, along with a direct Challenger-style question to solicit deeper engagement. The conference continues to be a solid draw, and the insight signage is still used as part of the environmental package.
