My twenty-plus years as a designer and creative leader have allowed me to be involved in all facets of design, for companies ranging from financial services to retail to insurance. As a result, I have worked with many interesting people on numerous different and interesting projects, which has helped me develop into the manager and leader I am today.
As a leader, I understand that it takes a unified team to be successful and overcome challenges, especially in a regularly hectic design environment. Because of this, I strive daily to create a team culture grounded in respect and empathy, providing my team guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to foster their professional growth, while producing quality design work.
